The campaign took in $98,696 in contributions during the reporting period, exceeding the goals set by the campaign.

In addition to announcing overall fundraising totals, Rogers announced her campaign has $95,700 cash-on-hand. The second quarter report covers the fundraising period that ended on June 30.

Jean Anne is pleased that her message is resonating with the voters.
“Voters want us to rise above partisan politics and offer real-life solutions to real-life problems. Voters don’t want Washington-style politics,” Rogers said. “This campaign is about standing up for families -- about improving their ability to make ends meet, to get an education for their children, and to get quality health care.”

“I’ll continue to talk about those things, and I feel confident that the voters will continue to support our efforts.”
