Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) has released their "20 Most Corrupt Members of Congress (and 4 to Watch)" list. Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN7) made the "watch list":

Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN): Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) is a third-term member of Congress representing Tennessee’s 7th congressional district. Her ethics issues stem from her repeated failure to properly report campaign receipts and expenditures, including payments made to a family owned business.

Blackburn will face Democratic candidate Randy G. Morris, who appears to be running a low profile campaign.
