TNGOP weekly message: the gift that keeps giving

Submitted by R. Neal on Fri, 02/22/2008 - 08:33.

The Tennessee Republican Party put out their weekly manifesto with the following gem:

It can be guaranteed that the Islamic extremists who monitor our resolve and remain vigilant for opportunities to attack innocent Americans are "hopeful" that Barack Obama will be the next President. Their goal to remove the "filthy bacteria" (according to Iran's Mahmoud Ahmadinejad) of Israel off the face of the earth will be much easier with either of these liberal, leftist Democrats/Progressives in the White House.

Do they have Ted Kaczynski on retainer to help write these things or something?

Meanwhile, we have Christianist extremists right here at home firebombing small-town mosques.

Quaint.

Then there's this: The

Then there's this:

The Democrats in Congress have permitted a vital tool against terrorism to expire - the ability to monitor terrorists' phone conversations. The day after this surveillance law lapsed because of weak Democrats, guess what showed up with a passenger attempting to board a domestic flight from Tampa?

In the backpack of this same passenger was found "Muhammad in the Bible," "The Prophet's Prayer" and "The Noble Qur'an" and the "Qur'an."

Americans want to believe in their government for our safety and sovereign interests. Democrats continue to prove their inability to place America first.

The VERY NEXT DAY!

Wow. Bush's TSA is a failure. I think that's what he's trying to say.

Big Brother B-Ho

And how does allowing secret wiretapping of every single freakin' innocent American stop loonies from trying to sneak box cutters onto planes . . .

No, wait, I'm questioning. We should question. Everyone repeat after B-Ho: "We are at war with Oceania. We will always be at war with Oceania."

That should read "We should

That should read "We should not question."

How Predictable

When all you've got to sell is FEAR, what do you expect?

Remember when Cheney, Bush, Condi and even Dennis Hastert said Al Qaeda "wanted" John Kerry to win in 2004? These people completely lack ideas.
